The High Court of Zimbabwe has ordered the Zanu-PF to stop commandeering pupils to its rallies, the use of school premises, buses and furniture for political gatherings. This happened just a week after a bombing which claimed the lives of 2 bodyguards and leaving more than forty injured. The court did not only order the party alone but also the Minister of Education because this exposes the pupils exposed to severe harm and flouted their rights.
Also, on another note, Zimbabwe opposition party Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) has taken President Emmerson Mnangagwa and his ruling ZANU PF party to court to stop them from electoral misconducts involving seeking to acquire the support of traditional leaders and making further the interests of their political party.
